My friend Gina, the singer in my rock band, asked me to make an origami elephant for her, with the trunk up for good luck and fortune. A little while back, at Origami Heaven I came across the perfect piece of paper \u2013 a 12″ sheet of pink stardream. Stardream is really fun paper, thick like marble wyndstone, and very workable, but with a pearlescent sparkly finish. I\u2019m very happy with the way the model came out, especially since it required no wetfolding. And like I said, perfect for Gina.<\/p>\n
